Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Embassy House App operated by Embassy House.
Conditions of Use
By using this app, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Terms and Conditions Agreement and that you agree to comply with the terms stated. If you do not agree or do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to not proceed with using our service. Embassy House only grants use and access to our app and its services to those who have read and accepted its terms.
User Service
Embassy house reserves the right to edit, modify and change this Agreement at any time. This includes but is not limited to design, layout, appearance, graphics, features, services, content and other functionalities of the Embassy House app.
The Embassy House app is free for users, no charges are made to create an account and usage is free except for clearly stated additional services offered within the app (examples; ’credit purchasing’ ‘extra cleaning services’).
Account Restrictions
You must be a tenant or client of Embassy House before you can use this app service. By using this app, you warrant that you are a tenant/client of Embassy House and you may legally adhere to this Agreement. Embassy House assumes no responsibility for liabilities related to client misrepresentation.
Privacy Policy
Before you continue with creating an account or using this app, we advise you to read our privacy policy found here https://www.embassy.house/en/privacypolicy which includes information on user data collection, usage and security.
User Accounts
As a user of this app, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information and for maintaining the safety and security of this information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you think there are any potential issues regarding the security of your account on our app, we ask you to inform us immediately so we can address it accordingly. Under no circumstances shall Embassy House, including partners, sponsors, users or affiliates be liable to any direct or indirect incidental damages.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel any orders made at our sole discretion. Reasons for termination of accounts can be but are not limited to violating the user terms of use.
Prohibited Acts of Use
It is prohibited to use our app or services within our app or website for any of the following;
- Using our website or app (including but not limited to the ‘Stream’ service) to share objectionable content such as pornography, terrorism, violence, hate speech, drugs or fake news.
- Storing, running or implementing programs containing trojan horses, viruses and/or tools to compromise the security of the Embassy House app or web portal, its users, partners or those associated with us.
- Breaching security on any computer, network or accessing an account that does not belong to you.
We ask users to please alert administrators of any violations. This can be done through our Support Page and report an issue or emailing us directly at hello@embassy.house.
